716 Half Exclusive Mix – Pete Herbert : Music For Swimming Pools Mix

Ok the sunny days are back, we are just in the middle of the summer, it’s time to welcome Pete Herbert for this “Music For Swimming Pools Mix”.

I had first discovered him through Reverso 68 (the duo he made with Phil Mison) and especially this track I still love today :

Today after having recorded under different aliases with Phil Mison (Bakazou, Frontera and Reverso 68) and alone under hos own name, Pete still delivers some awesome tracks and edits, lives in East London and travels around the world to dj and spread the word of his good energy made of disco, house, italo, funky stuff.
It’s been a long time I’ve been trying to invite Pete Herbert on 716 but his agenda didn’t let him much time to record an exclusive mix. After different tries, we finally found the solution. He gave to 716 his first session of a new radio show he’ll be doing all summer for Sonica Radio from Ibiza.
I have to say that during all this period, he’s always been very cool and polite with me despite his busy schedule and many other sollicitations, and I’m really grateful for that.
He is not only a funky boss he is also a gentleman, double respect!
