One of the best pizzas I ate this year: incredible. This Polish food truck is run by two young guys, they have a first class wood burning oven!
When I arrived to Wroclaw on a Sunday afternoon, I walked from the train station to the central square; I stumbled upon a temporary market on the way. I took this opportunity to walk through the aisles, drink a good fruit juice and discovered this food truck. It’s not usually at this location, I gave you the right address.
I chatted with the guys, friendly, but since I’d just had a snack I told them I’d be back later.
This was the first time I’d seen a food truck with a wood burning oven! Classy.
It seems like it’s just them two. The “pizza chef” took classes in Mexico and he brings the heat.
The other young guy was also friendly, but was showing off a bit with his Italian and all, but nothing too bad, he understands when you just want to be chill.
In any case, congrats to these two guys, here’s a great project that I will definitely stand behind.
Right from the start, when you see there’s only 3 pizzas on the menu, it makes you happy, especially since one of the 3 is a Margherita.
The classic Margherita: beautiful crust, thin underneath, nice and soft on the edges, the toppings are equally fantastic, perfect. And I’ve tried pizzas from Da Michele and Di Matteo :).
They didn’t have any cold drinks, so I grabbed a Kvass from one of the stands beside it.
20/20 guys, keep it up!
