Abruzze – Paris (75003) en

A grocery store that I thought had a lot more to offer inside, offers very decent lunch menus at 8 euros.

.I’d walked by a few times and the store front had caught my eye, I imagined products of rare and excellent quality, I saw that they offered sandwiches but I never had the chance to stop and go in.

There’s a little table for two if you want to eat there.

I’m not a fan of being addressed in a familiar way, as I have already mentionned, so I wont go on about it. At first the reception made me feel awkward, but it got better as the meal went on . Overall I think the thought is there , but that there is some work to be done.

8 euro menu with sandwich, drink, and three pastries.                                                                                                                                                       The menu is good, as is the price.                                                                                                                                                                                                    All the sandwiches have mozzarella, pickled tomatoes, arugula and various types of charcuterie in them. You can choose the balsamic option.                                                                                                                                                                                                                                          I wasn’t as excited as I had hoped with the choices, so I asked the man for advice, he recommended the one with spicy salami, coppa and rostello ( ham with herbs), letting me know that the salami was indeed quite spicy.

Let’s go for it.

The bread could be more toasted, and the skin of the salami could have been taken off, but the sandwich was good.                          Among the drinks there were the classic cans and water bottles, I think an Italian drink, or something different at least, would be welcome.                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                Good point for them, the San Pellegrino bottle is included.

In the end, it works, not only  because the price is good, but also because the sandwich is good, it filled me up for the afternoon and was well digested.                                                                                                                                                                                                                                  The three pastries were also good.                                                                                                                                                                                             Leaving, I realized that it wasn’t simple in this area to find a good sandwich.                                                                                                               So this 716 spot is a good one to know.  I hope that the critics above didn’t seem too negative, as they weren’t meant to be, I just thought I should point out that perfection wasn’t attained, but in the end it worked out really well.
