A take out on the Péreire side that respects its clients: the chef Kim is Korean and he prepares both Korean and French food, it’s good, homemade, inexpensive, the service is nice and when it’s nice out there’s a nice patio (often taken over in fact) in a quiet spot on rue Lebon, because it’s partly pedestrian.
It’s a little take out with a room on the inside, and a very nice patio when it’s nice out.
“Sans chichi” but the design makes you feel at home, and the seats are nice.
It’s possible to take out.
Kim is Korean , a young man was helping him that day, also Korean, maybe his son.
They’re nice and they don’t hesitate to answer questions .
Mains
Leek, salmon and mozarella quiche
The taste of a real homemade quiche, and it was nice and golden. It’s become such an ordinary dish, that we’re surprised when it’s actually good.
In my opinion there was a bit too much cheese, but when I talked to Kim about it, he explained it was mozzarella, and I thought it was really classy to put mozzarella in such a quiche.
Salad
This was the test; I wanted to see what salad they were going to serve me. You can tell a lot about a cook from his/her house salad.
Here, the lettuce is nice, crunchy, served with red onions and a tomato, the vinaigrette, homemade as well, had a bit of a kick to it.

It’s ok, the strawberries weren’t great, but we’re used to it, the rest was very good.
Chocolate lava cake.
Good deal. I only went one time, but the person that brought me, lives here and goes often ; in fact other friends had also recommended it.
I thought it was really good for this type of menu, that often is so-so in Paris.
Here, you can tell the food is homemade, that there’s a real desire to cook, prices aren’t excessive, the setting light, but with a serious performance.
