I have followed DVS NME‘s podcast for some years now. This Electro music producer and dj based in Colorado has delivered a weekly podcast on Intergalactic FM called “Dark Science Electro” since 2010. Dark Science Electrois also the name of the blog he daily feeds. 2018 was the right time for a 716 Mix that is actually like a 716 Playlist of the coolest and freshest electro tracks released lately. Jeroen Böhm is one of the members of the Acid collective based in Utrecht, 030303. 030303 is also a record label whose first release was an amazing compilation in 2009 gathering artists such as Luke Vibert, Ceephax, Chris Moss Acid, D’Arcangelo or JTC. As a dj and a producer under, DJBöhm 030303 remained faithful to his love for Jackhouse, Acid, Electro, Techno and Italo. Well, he is only dedicated to one box: TB303!

This new mix is totally devoted to Acid and includes some classic tracks by Legowelt, Scientific Dreamz Of U, Donato Dozzi, Chris Moss Acid and D’Marc Cantu. But don’t expect some drilling acid, here it’s some hypnotic, submarine acid, an hypnotic wave of acid music that makes you swim in an ocean of psychedelic music.

Erevan DJ is a dj from Lyon, France and an active member of the Superposition crew. With Superposition, he organizes the Urban Art Jungle festival that is focused on promoting the local artists from Lyon. He also co-runs the beautiful podcasts series “Bamboo” with LEO from Besoins Premiers. Those podcasts are dedicated to musical genres such as balearic, leftfield, transe and sometimes tribal, which is also the trademark of Erevan DJ’s mixes. For this mix made for 716lavie, he spent a lot of time collecting the records and finalizing the selection because he wanted to do a mix that follows a specific musical thematic and just goes on and on. Thanks Erevan DJ and see you soon for some new adventures.
